Beautiful Antique Palissy Ware Majolica Faience Lizards and Frogs Water Jug.
European, circa 1890. To my knowledge this jug could be French or Portuguese.
Palissy Majolica water jug with two different sized spouts or spigots which features frogs, lizards and butterflies and an intertwined faux bois handle.
Verygood to excellent condition, minor ware, a small lift glaze at one spout and natural crazing through out, the glaze is very fresh.
